Prior to establishing Shorea Training and Consultancy, Geraldine & Farid were based in Singapore. In 2007, they set up Ithaca Pte Ltd. The company’s core competencies are similar to Shorea’s. Following the success of Ithaca Pte Ltd, Geraldine and Farid decided establish Shorea Training and Consultacy when they settled in Mandurah, Western Australia in December 2009. Both Geraldine and Farid continue to lead and manage Ithaca Pte Ltd which has operations in Singapore, Australia, Thailand, China and the Himalayan Kingdom of Bhutan. Ithaca Pte Ltd has 9 staff delivering its operations.
